The 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China adopted the “Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress to Amend the Work Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China”, implementing from September 1st, 2021.
